A One-of-a-Kind, handcarved Mwana Pwo Chokwe mask handmade by artist in Angola. This mask resembles a human with slit eyes, a sharp nose and broad lips. The face features traditional scarification marks on the forehead and cheeks as symbols of beautification. The hair, one of the most dramatic features, is loose raffia over a braided cap so the mask can be worn during dance rituals.
